RETURNS

Please contact HRBerformance LLC to explain the issue with your item and your reason for requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Authorized returns are processed ONLY after the item is received and inspected carefully. Returned parts must be unused/original condition and received by HRBerforance LLC no later than 30 days after the sale for a refund. No returns are allowed on custom-built products or custom orders. Deposits for custom orders are not refundable.

HRBerformance LLC reserves the right to deny a return request.

A 20% restocking fee of the full item purchase price will be charged to all returns not due to our error. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping as well as any supplemental carrier insurance to protect against damage or loss in transit. Please retain the associated tracking information to file a claim in the event that carrier loss or damage occurs. HRBerformance is not liable for returned items lost in transit.

RETURNS DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT

We will gladly accept the return of HRBerformance products that have defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. We are NOT responsible for incorrect vehicle fitment.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase.  Defective or incorrect parts will be exchanged upon receipt of the returned part at our expense. Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt to detect any possible issues.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

HRBerformance LLC (“HRB”) will do our best to make sure your order is filled in the fastest timeframe possible. It is impossible to predict specific product demand, and our inventory may be limited. Our manufacturing facilities are hard at work to ensure a reasonable lead-time. Most orders process and ship within 2-4 days.  Expedited shipping does not affect order processing times and only applies to the shipping methods and transit times as dictated by the shipping provider.

HRBerformance parts, operating systems, and anything sold on this website or otherwise (“Products”), are intended for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, the customer accepts all risks associated with performance modifications made. HRB shall not be liable for any Product installations, modifications, or alterations of our products. HRB holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for the customer’s use of such products or any mechanical, electrical, or another failure when using the products. The customer acknowledges that some products are not intended for use on public roadways in many states. Customer will comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and orders, and all applicable restrictions imposed by all governmental authorities, applicable to the installation, alteration, and use of any Products sold by HRB and HRB shall not be liable for customer’s noncompliance with any of the foregoing.

HRBerformance PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HRB MAKES NO (AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL) WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY HRB, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, HRB MAKES NO CLAIM, REPRESENTATION, OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AS TO THE UTILITY OF THE PRODUCTS FOR THE CUSTOMER’S INTENDED USES.

RACING IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY, AND PURCHASERS OF HRB PRODUCTS ACKNOWLEDGE THE RISKS ASSOCIATED. HRB MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS THAT ITS PRODUCTS CAN REDUCE OR ELIMINATE ANY SUCH RISK. HRB Products are NOT FOR STREET, HIGHWAY, OR AIRCRAFT USE and are intended ONLY for race vehicles operated on closed-course facilities or race tracks with appropriate supervision of qualified technicians or mechanics to ensure that the safety needs of the race driver and others are met. HRB Products could be combined with other products or parts that may not be suitable and could adversely affect the performance of other race parts or the vehicle. The user shall determine the ultimate suitability and safety of the Product for its intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.

HRB reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Typographical, Product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors.  HRB cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error.  These errors are not a misrepresentation of a Product, business, manufacturer, or sale but an error for which HRB's responsibility is to correct the error.RETURNS
